Participation
Shareholders wishing to participate at the Annual General Meeting must be recorded in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB as of Tuesday, 27 May 2025, and give notice of attendance to the meeting no later than on Friday, 30 May 2025.

On the 29th of November 2021, MTI Investment SE (“MTI”) launched an initial public offering directed to the general public in Sweden in connection with the contemplated listing of the shares in MTI on Nasdaq First North Growth Market (the “IPO”).
21st of December 2021, was the first day of trading in the Company’s share.
